Mr Gyanu Prasad, the owner of this restaurant has been working on restaurant business for more than 20 years. Besides management, he has vast experience as a cook as well.
He started his carreer by taking cooking training class first and subsequently working in Hotel Yak and Yeti, a five star hotel in Nepal. In 1995, he was invited to Japan to work in Katipur Restaurant, Shibuya, one of the first Nepalese Curry Restaurant in Tokyo. After working for more than 15 years there, he started this restaurant to utilize his vast experience with Indo-Nepalese foods and Japanese customers.
